Played collegiate baseball at Kent State where we were 3 time MAC Champions and Two Time Regional qualifier to LSU & Miami FL. Personal accomplishments in college are; Broke single-season doubles record with 27, Career Doubles Record 69 breaking Mike Schmidt's old mark. Up for Golden Spikes Award Senior year (Most outstanding Collegiate DI Player of the Year Award), Signed as Free Agent as a left-handed pitcher in the Red Sox Organization in 1996. Went to Short-Season A Ball in Lowell Mass, First Full season went to Full Season A Ball in Battle Creek, MI, did so well I jumped to Double-A in the first two months. I went on to spend most of my career in Double A. Played winter baseball in the Arizona Fall League, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. My wife, Leslie, and I have 4 children and 1 grandchild from the oldest. The oldest played collegiate baseball at Notre Dame College. My youngest son played baseball at Kent State. My 2 daughters play volleyball for Berkshire high school and travel ball at the national level for Rock City club.
